Welcome to Formby Methodist Church

Worship of God in Jesus Christ lies at the very heart of Formby Methodist Church.
Our faith and beliefs are summed up in the traditional Creeds of the Church.
First and foremost, we are Christians - Followers of Christ: Seeking to serve God, one another, and the community.
We have a tradition of excellent Pastoral Care and warm Fellowship. Children and Young People are very welcome at the various activities available to them. Our leaders and volunteers of all the church groups undergo safeguarding training. We are a member of Churches Together in Formby, Altcar and Hightown.
We care about the wider world and becoming more Eco-friendly. We support many charities, including:
Sefton Childrens Trust
Samaritan's Purse Water Filters
and the
Methodist Church Fund for Home and World Mission.
We are a lively and active church with many weekly activities, and we extend a very warm welcome to any who would like to join us. We are an inclusive church. We take our duty and obligation to protect all extremely seriously.
